AGYAKWA LANDS A SMASH AND GRAB

A MARLON AGYAKWA double inflicted Bury Town’s first home defeat of the season as Tilbury eased to a 2-1 victory at Ram Meadow in the Bet Victor Isthmian North Division.
Bury, who remain second, dominated much of the possession but struggled to find a way past Tilbury’s resolute defence.
Agyakwa took advantage of Bury’s retreating backline affording him time and space to put Tilbury ahead in the 18th minute.
And he soon had his second, converting Brian Moses’s cross after the winger had evaded two Bury challenges.
