Fine for some, not for others

EVERY Non-League club found guilty of fielding an ineligible player in the FA Cup in recent years, including Merseyside club Litherland REMYCA last year, has been thrown out of the competition.
But Liverpool too found guilty of fielding an ineligible player this week and they were fined £200,000. This is short change for the Champions League winners, especially with half of it suspended – and they’re allowed to remain in the Carabao Cup.
Talk about one rule for the big boys and one for the rest!
