Charlie topples Bluebirds

CHARLIE Walker’s late penalty made it four wins in a row for Eastbourne Borough in all competitions thanks to this victory over Chippenham Town.
The Sports started on the front foot, with Mike West’s low ball into the area just evading a Borough foot before Greg Luer was denied by Will Puddy from a tight angle.
David Pratt then fired over at the other end for the Bluebirds, but Borough edged the first half and went close when Luer’s header was just cleared off the line before Walker saw an effort well saved by Puddy.
