GEORGE NICHOLAS struck early to give Potters Bar the points in a hard fought Hertfordshire derby in tough weather conditions.
Potters Bar had an influential the wind at their backs in the first half. And they made good use of the advantage on 11 minutes. Keegan Cole’s corner was scrambled away to the lurking Nicholas who fired his shot low past Stortford keeper Fred Burbridge.
