HITCHIN avenged their 5-0 defeat earlier in the season by overcoming Alvechurch.
The hosts pressed forward early on and Stephen Cawley’s closerange effort was wellsaved by Joseph Slimm before, in a similar move down the left, Jacob Hutchinson netted on 13 minutes.
The visitors rallied and ten minutes later they were level following a wonderful solo effort from full-back Taylor Morrison who fired splendidly into the bottom right-hand corner after a fine run.
