Town fight to get big point

DESPITE being reduced to ten men in the second half, Taunton Town became only the second visiting team this season to come away from the Meadow with a point as they battled to a draw with Chesham United.
Chesham took an early lead when Adam Martin’s long throw was headed on by Mark Kirby and Steve Brown hooked the ball into the net from close range.
However, Taunton equalised 12 minutes later when Ryan Brett’s corner was not cleared and in a scramble Matt Wright turned and shot into the net.
