WILDE IS RAMPANT AGAIN FOR NOMADS

MIKE WILDE, fresh from his brace to help Connah’s Quay Nomads lift the Nathaniel MG Cup last weekend, needed only three minutes to grab the only goal of the game at Jenner Park.
He then rattled the crossbar before Barry were reduced to ten men before the break when Kayne McLaggon was dismissed for a challenge on Declan Poole.
Former Wales international David Cotterill came off the bench in the second half for his Barry debut, but the visitors held on to secure all three points.
