LONG-SERVING John Coventry is to step down as manager of East Thurrock United at the end of the season after nearly 13 years in charge
Veteran boss Coventry has led the Rocks to all new heights, taking them to Step 2 National League South for the first time in their history where they spent three seasons.
‘Covo’ also guided them to both appearances in the FA Cup first round and their first Essex Senior Cup success, last season, beating Chelmsford City 3-1 in last year’s final.
