HUMBLED King’s Lynn Town chairman Stephen Cleeve has received a generous offer from one of the club’s players.
Cleeve is working on ways to soften the blow of the financial impact this crisis will have on the Linnets.
And during his conversations with players, one kind gesture stood out.
“We have a number of young players on deals where they earn a certain amount a week,” he told the Eastern Daily Press. “One of the fathers has offered to pay back all the money his lad has earned from this season so far.
