PLAYERS MUST BE PAID OR LET THEM GO NOW

SOUTHERN League clubs have been warned that contract players and staff must be paid or have deals cancelled by mutual agreement.
In correspondence to clubs seen by The NLP, league chairman Terry Barratt explained “the doctrine of frustration” – wiping out a contract’s validity based on those involved being unable to perform regular duties – would not apply.
