MARCUS CARVER says he has enough memories of Chorley to last a lifetime - but insists it’s time to a take on a fresh challenge.
The 26-year-old striker played a starring role in helping the Magpies reach the top tier of Non-League football for the first time since 1990 last summer, via the National League North play-offs.
But after Jamie Vermiglio’s men suffered a difficult first season back the top-flight, Carver, who joined the club from Accrington Stanley in 2016, has decided to leave Victory Park this summer for pastures new.
