NORTH-EAST legend Gavin Cogdon says he has no regrets after bringing down the curtain on his trophy-laden career.
Since being rejected by Sunderland as a youngster, the dynamic forward became one of the most feared strikers in the Northern League with a number of clubs before becoming a serial trophy winner with Spennymoor Town.
The 37-year-old scored his first ever goal for the club in a 2-1 win over Tunbridge Wells in the 2013 FA Vase final - and went on to score 131 more to be the club’s all-time top ...
