CRICKET appears to be taking seriously the potential of viruses spreading through saliva. Suggestions are that saliva on ball may result in penalty runs.
Watching the Bundesliga returning last weekend only highlighted the problem. Elaborate restrictions in the dugouts etc, but players freely depositing their saliva over the pitch throughout the games.
Take a tip from cricket, football. Clean up!
