HAMPTON & Richmond Borough chairman Jacques Le Bars is expecting ‘an extended period of limbo’ as Non-League football grapples with the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
Although some lockdown measures are easing and the Premier League and Championship are on the way back imminently, there is uncertainty further down the ladder about when and in what shape football will return.
