NEW ROLE: Gary Fawcett

KENDAL TOWN admit Gary Fawcett will have a tough task on his hands when he takes over as Mintcakes boss for a second time.
Fawcett, who guided the club to safety in his first caretaker spell in charge, was confirmed as the NPL Division One West club’s new boss with John Foley as first-team coach.
He replaces Steve Edmondson who left the club last month amidst a period of “administrative restructuring”.
