So FA,where is the consistency?

So FA,where

BACK IN ACTION: The Premier League has returned

SO,the Premier League and the Championship have returned to action to finish the season.
League One,League Two and the National League are all decided by points per game with not all games played,while promotion playoffs are completed and relegation is scrapped in National North and National South. Below this level,seasons are made null and void,with no promotion,relegation or play-offs.
Where is the consistency? And where is the idea of the football family,with everyone working together and to the same rules?
