WORKINGTON made it two wins and 11 goals from their opening two friendlies against fellow Cumbrian opposition.
After scoring five in midweek at Carlisle City, the Reds went one better in the sunshine at Penrith.
They were ahead on 20 minutes through Scott Allison, who then set up Dave Symington for the second.
Max Brown pulled one back before the break, new boy Louis Potts with Reds’ third - a fine curler. Good work from Reuben Jerome then saw Brad Hubbold find the bottom corner from eight yards.
