LONGE GONE! England C ace David Longe-King has joined Newport County

DAVID Longe-King says he has fulfilled his ‘dream’ of playing professional football.
The 25-year-old has left St Albans City to join League Two Newport County on a one-year deal.
Longe-King made 40 appearances last season for the Saints and has an England C cap to his name.
A ball-playing defender, he crosses the Severn knowing the pedigree of his new club.
“The club has had some great cup runs in recent seasons,” he told his new employers’ website.
