ILKESTON Town have vowed to stand by their player Joe Maguire after he was found guilty of repeated bodily harm, violence against public employees and attempted bribery.
The 28-year-old was arrested on the Greek island of Mykonos along with his younger brother Harry - the Manchester United captain and England international - and family friend Christopher Sharman, 29.
Joe Maguire and Sharman were sentenced to 13 months in prison, suspended for three years, on Tuesday. Harry Maguire, 27, was given a suspended jail sentence of 21 months and 10 days after...
