■MANCHESTER United legend Patrice Evra has made a surprise comeback at the age of 39 – for Middlesex County League outfit Brentham.
The former France and United skipper played for the Step 7 club in their 3-2 defeat by North Greenford United last Saturday.
Brentham manager Michael Buckley said: “One of our players is good friends with Patrice. He gave me a call last week and said ‘Would it be okay if one of my friends comes to training?’ I said: ‘Yeah we can have a little look!”
