I READ the letters from Mark Jackson and D Dyson regarding cup money (Fans’ Forum, August 30) with interest due to their valid but confl icting points.
Spreading the prize money equally across all competing clubs as a one-off does seem a fine way of supporting clubs who have suffered during the pandemic. But the words of warning about it being spent on players rather than facilities is a point that many of us would agree with.
