TWO late goals from super- sub Brad Rolt on his Brackley debut paved the way for home side keeper Danny Lewis to become a penalty shoot-out hero with two fine saves.
Billericay went ahead at the end of the first half through midfielder Jai Reason.
When the Blues then doubled their lead on the hour with a well-worked goal, finished clinically by Jake Robinson, it seemed a long way back for Brackley.
But Holt gave his side a lifeline with a sharp finish after 79 minutes and a top-corner strike in the 90th minute.
