GUISELEY made comfortable progress to the next round at Atherton Collieries’ expense.
The hosts took the lead when Kaine Felix produced a smart turn and placed his effort into the bottom corner.
Atherton’s Elliot Rokka nearly levelled when his curling effort produced a smart save from Guiseley custodian Brad Wade.
Guiseley’s lead was doubled for them early in the second half, when visiting defender Vinny Bailey intercepted a cross but volleyed his clearance into the top corner of his own net.
