BARKING advanced to the third qualifying round with their first victory over a higher opponent in any competition for four years after a shootout success.
The home side took the lead on nine minutes as in-form Junior Dadson smashed home his seventh of the season.
Michael Dixon then douboled Barking’s lead in unusual fashion on 75 minutes with a strike at the second attempt after a complete air shot fooled the visitors’ defence.
