CHIPPENHAM took a twogoal lead goal lead inside the opening quarter of an hour, through Brad Ash and Joe Hanks, but Poole fought back with a goal before the break from defender Will Spetch, and then, after Bluebirds’ sub Ryan Case received a straight red card 13 minutes from time, Tony Lee levelled from the penalty spot six minutes later.
Chippenham almost won it in time added on as Ash hit a post and Poole keeper Mark Childs ensured the game would go to penalties as he kept out Chris Zebroski.
