NEIL Warnock used to take his Cardiff City side to play Taffs Well in pre-season friendlies, but this week the Wellmen will get a crack at the Championship club in a competitive fixture.
Now, City boss Neil Harris has gone one better than his predecessor by underlining his commitment to developing young, local talent by helping to get the Bluebirds back into domestic competition in Wales.
