Met boss happy to go unnoticed

AMBITIOUS Gavin Macpherson still relishes in being the underdog with Met Police – and believes they can upset the big boys this season.
Met have started with 14 points from 24 and look well placed to challenge for promotion after rebuilding last term.
They suffered a gutting defeat to Tonbridge Angels in the one-off 2019 Super Playoffs before losing many of that talented squad.
But wise boss Macpherson has the pieces in place with the early signs looking promising.
