ALFRETON were denied in added time for a second consecutive game after a dubious penalty decision.
The game started with an end-to-end tempo, with no real chances. Chesterfield loanee Luke Rawson looked dangerous through the first 20 minutes, and got his reward in the form of the opener shortly afterwards. Bobby Johnson’s dangerous corner invited efforts on goal before the ball fell to the striker in the box and he slotted in.
