SALISBURY RESPECTS TO ALEC – THE IDEAL CLUB MAN

SALISBURY FC and AFC Totton have led the tributes to muchloved secretary, press officer and Non-League Paper correspondent Alec Hayter, who died this week at the age of 76.
Alec served as press officer in two separate spells with the Whites, in between a four-year stint as secretary of Totton between 2012 and 2015.
A true Non-League enthusiast, Alec was known for his deep affection for the clubs he worked at and was a fountain of knowledge for the rules and regulations of the game required by the football authorities.
