RULE 8.19 of the National League constitution states that if a match is abandoned the Board have three choices; 1) stand as a completed match; 2) order a replay for the full 90 minutes, or 3) award the result to the club not at fault. Note that there is nothing here that mentions any time limits, although there should there be.
