NOTWITHSTANDING the points made in Mark Harris’s excellent article last week (NLP, Jan 10), the seasons at Step 2 and below should be cancelled as soon as possible. Step 3 clubs down have barely played a dozen games (Cambridge City only four) and most haven’t played since the end of October and won’t until at least early March at best.
