SAINTS MOURNING LEGEND ‘FENNERS’

FORMER players, managements and supporters of St Albans City have reunited in mourning much-loved former kit-man John Feneley, who passed away this week.
“Fenners” as he was affectionately known, served in the role at Clarence Park for 27 years prior to him stepping down in March 2020.
In that time he became a huge favourite with the fans and the many players he came across with his warm smile and comical stories from the past.
