Give grants to the willing part-timers

I AGREE with the notion that National League North and South clubs should face serious sanctions if they refuse to fulfill fixtures.
They should be told to play the rest of the season with any fixture not been played going down as a 3-0 defeat with the opposing team given a 3-0 win and three points.
If both teams fail to fulfill the fixture then both teams should be given a 3-0 loss and no points are awarded.
This will give a jolt to some of these clubs who have decided not to carry on.
