PROUD Lee Hobbs has become the first manager in Plymouth Parkway history to be given a contract as they prepare to take Step 4 head on after a flurry of new signings.
Parkway will compete in the Southern League Division One South from August after being awarded promotion due to having the best points-per-game return over the last two seasons in the Western League Premier.
Hobbs joined the club in the Step 6 South West Peninsula Premier Division, and has overseen unprecedented success in his near five-year spell.
