BEDFORD Town manager Gary Setchell has expressed his delight that midfielder Will Summerfield has committed his future to the club.

 

The 25-year-old signed for the Eagles last summer, having previously been with Berkhamsted.

A back injury has disrupted his pre-season preparations with the Southern League Division One Central club.

Boss Setchell said: “Will is a lively and hard-working member of the squad.

“He gives us good options going forward and is important on our left side, creating excellent balance in our team.”
