Former Bolton and QPR defender joins Ebbsfleet United

The towering 6ft 4in defender came through Leyton Orient’s youth ranks before signing for Bolton, making his debut in the Championship in 2016.

EBBSFLEET boss Dennis Kutrieb has signed former Bolton Wanderers and Queens Park Rangers defender Alex Finney, 25.

The centre-back spent the last two seasons at Aldershot Town.
The towering 6ft 4in defender came through Leyton Orient’s youth ranks before signing for Bolton, making his debut in the Championship in 2016.
That year, he signed for Queens Park Rangers, from where he joined Maidstone United on loan in August 2017.
Finney’s impact at Maidstone was such that his loan was extended to the end of the 2017/18 season and he was named the club’s player of the year.
