RYAN Mitchell rescued a late point for 1874 Northwich in a thrilling game at Clitheroe.

In an explosive first half, Sefton Gonzales firmly headed home a Cole Lonsdale corner to out the hosts ahead.
1874, though, roared back and scored a sublime goal as Scott McGowan expertly volleyed in a right-wing cross.
Clitheroe came back and after Jamie Edwards was fouled inside the area, Lonsdale thumped home the resulting penalty.
