THERE was heartbreak for Macclesfield after Ethan Beckford’s leveller earned a share of the spoils for ten-man Ashton Athletic in a 1-1 draw at Brocstedes Park.
A second-half red card for the hosts’ Matthew Reid meant momentum swung in the Silkmen’s favour, something which Kielen Adams took advantage of when tapping home from Aaron Dwyer’s centre.
