CRAIG ROBSON half-volleyed Bognor to their first home win of 2021/22, as the Rocks withstood considerable late Carshalton pressure.
The goal came on 33 minutes, Robson connecting sweetly with Ashton Leigh’s corner with his left-foot and firing it high into the top corner after Leigh had linked up with James Crane to win the setpiece opportunity.
It was the best moment of a first half with few clear-cut chances.
