IT WAS an afternoon to forget for Peterborough Sports as they fell to their first league defeat of the season against a well drilled Leiston side.
Both sides came into the game with high confidence levels after victories in the first round qualifying last weekend. However, the Blues dominated the afternoon and were awarded with the win.
Neither side had any real clear-cut chances in the early stages of the game however, Jim Stevenson tested the Leiston keeper and Finlay Barnes was causing a few issues for the Sports defence.
