TORQUAY UNITED and Havant and Waterlooville will need to do it all again after a last gasp strike from Tommy Wright forced a replay.
The pick of the early chances fell to the Gulls as Dean Moxey teed up Connor Lemonheigh-Evans who shot wide.
Havant & Waterlooville were forced into an early change in the 22nd minute when goalkeeper Ross Worner went off injured and was replaced by Charlie Searle.
Keelan O’Connell came close to giving Torquay the lead on 37 minutes with a shot that rattled the cross bar before bouncing clear as the first half ended goalless.
