CLEETHORPES claimed their fourth successive league win with a convincing performance against Sheffield.
The home side started well and, after a couple of near misses, Scott Vernon got the opener after 15 minutes. Great work by Josh Venney set up the prolific striker to convert from close range.
It continued to be largely one-way traffic and there was no surprise when the lead was doubled after 38 minutes.
