JOINT managers Joe Sweeney and Paul Copson have stepped down at Leighton Town – with the club top of the South Midlands Premier Division table!
The pair quit after last Saturday’s 2-2 draw with Oxhey Jets which followed a 2-1 midweek defeat by Harefield United.
Leighton have won seven of their 13 games so far, but the teams behind them have games in hand.
