RADCLIFFE secured a vital three points on the road following a 2-1 victory away to Basford.
Bobby Grant’s spectacular curling effort into the far corner gave Radcliffe the lead against the run of play before a wicked deflection took a wayward effort beyond Adam Collin to double the visitors’ advantage Aaron O’Connor grabbed a well-worked reply early in the second half, but it proved only a consolation despite the hosts’ best efforts.
