LIVERSEDGE progressed into the first round with an excellent victory over Premier Division Scarborough Athletic.
The home side were ahead in the 11th minute when a free-kick was half-cleared into the path of Jack Stockdill who made no mistake.
Paul Walker doubled the lead within 10 minutes of the restart as he managed to turn the ball home amidst a goalmouth scramble.
Joe Walton broke clear through on the counter around 15 minutes from time and found Atkinson in the centre who calmly finished into the right corner.
