ENFIELD held on to second place when two goals in the last 16 minutes turned potential defeat at lowly Corinthian Casuals into unlikely victory.
Clear-cut chances were few and far between in a first half which offered some brisk midfield passing, but little goalbound or goalmouth action, as neither attack could produce a shot on target.
The visitors’ Jeremiah Gyebi came the nearest when he volleyed a corner well over.
The second half was, almost inevitably, livelier in both penalty boxes.
And on 57 minutes Casuals broke the deadloc...
