THERE was plenty of effort but few thrills in a game which was not allowed to flow.
Both sides could had periods on top with Redditch starting well and seeing a Dan Sweeney free kick crash against the bar.
In return Lowestoft saw a Ryan Jarvis header cleared off the line.
It was s similar story in the second period with the visitors again starting well with Sweeney hitting the woodwork again but Lowestoft pressed towards the end with young substitute Josh Harvey hitting the post.
