■ MICHAEL McKirnan’s last-gasp penalty earned the Didcot Town a deserved point in the last minute.
Ware took the lead late into a first half that had failed to raise the enthusiasm of the crowd when Marcus Milner’s cross was headed home by Leigh Rose.
Didcot did have their moments and with more composure might have had a couple of goals themselves, but they set to their task better in a more entertaining second half in which Ware never looked comfortable.
