CARDIFF Met and Connah’s Quay Nomads – the last two winners of the Nathaniel MG Cup – will face off in this season’s final after winning their semi-final ties.
Three goals in the space of seven minutes steered Nomads home as they hit the back of Bala Town’s net four times at Maes Tegid.
