ALFRETON ended their three-game losing streak as goals in the first minute of each half gave them a hard-fought win.
Dark skies and biblical rain did little to prevent the Reds from starting both periods brightly, with goals from Bailey Hobson and Antwoine Hackford giving Billy Heath’s side three points which moves them above Nash, who got a consolation through Craig Hobson.
